Brief

The proposal requested entailed a system installation and upgrade of existing 12 way door entry intercom system as well repairing the automatic gates as Blr properties received several complaints from tenants prior to upgrade. 4a Clapham Avenue is one of many properties managed by BLR property. It consists of several luxury apartments on a private road secured with automated gates.

Strategy

The existing Intercom system and gate automation had developed a fault and after numerous failed attempts by other companies at repair, Digital technology solutions diagnosed and identified fault the decision employing a FAAC approved installer to commence with repairs. Dtslondon were appointed by recommendation by a director who previously used Dtslondon whilst working for Lambeth Council, partly due to our level of expertise and permanent effective solutions.

Results

Fully functional door entry system with access keypad at main gates, garage and bin store for residents and operational new Gate with new motors installed. A total of 16 parts replaced to ensure a fully functional gate with a long life span. Gates integrated to existing access control and door entry system. DtsLondon reinstalled an entire new system providing peace of mind to client as they now had a reliable gate with a long term maintenance plan ensuring that the repairs bills were dramatically decreased.
