Bpm discipline UK are a consultation buiness based in Kingston london and called Dtslondon as their new office had very bad wifi and internet infrastructure.
Several staff members were unsuccessful at completing their daily tasks due to the poor wifi coverage. Some VoIP calls would automatically disconnecting as well constant issues with printers and downloading the required documentation.
Dtslondon carried out a full network networks report, diagnosing and finding cause of poor connectivity. We provided a solution using Ubiquiti system as well as installing hardwired cabling to support the system. The report was able to provide clear guide line of what was required and as a result 3 access points were installed on each floor. Initial reading of download was 4mbs and uploads 2 mbs prior to improvement works. Following our improvement each device is now able to obtain 18mbs download and 12 mbs and management are extremely satisfied as all staff are now able to complete task with out any internet hinderance.
