One of our engineers visits your premises for around a hour or two and this includes carrying out the following:  Bandwidth Qualification, Cold Spot Test, Device Mac allocation, Speed Test/ISP package confirmation, cable installation consultation and plan.

Our network reports can discover the following issues:

• ISP bandwidth qualification
